Dr. Oluwatosin Olatujoye is a Nigerian entrepreneur, real estate developer, investor, and philanthropist best known as the Group Chief Executive Officer of Zylus Group International. Through his leadership, the group has grown into a diversified business conglomerate with interests in real estate, investment, logistics, and financial services.

Born on March 30, 1987, in Nigeria, he pursued extensive professional education in business and entrepreneurship, attending institutions such as London Business School and Lagos Business School. His academic and professional training also includes certifications in entrepreneurship, strategic management, human resources management, and real estate & asset valuation.

His experience in sales, marketing, and leadership laid the foundation for his entrepreneurial journey.

Recognizing the significant housing deficit in Nigeria, he later founded Zylus Group International, originally known as Oga for Property Investment Limited. Under his leadership, the company has developed multiple residential estates and real estate projects across Nigeria, helping thousands of people access property ownership and investment opportunities.

Dr. Olatujoye has over two decades of experience in sales strategy, business development, negotiation, project management, and entrepreneurship. He currently serves as Treasurer of the Lagos chapter of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria, reflecting his influence in Nigeria’s real estate industry.

He is also a member of several professional bodies, including the Institute of Credit Administration, Project Management Professional Institute, and the International Strategic Management Institute (UK). In recognition of his impact in business and leadership, he was inducted into the Forbes Business Council, an invitation-only community for accomplished entrepreneurs and executives.
