Dr. Oluwatosin Olatujoye is a leading Nigerian real estate developer and industry strategist. After identifying Nigeria’s significant housing deficit, he founded Zylus Group International (originally Oga for Property Investment Ltd) to provide sustainable and affordable housing solutions across Nigeria and Africa. Under his leadership, Zylus has delivered multiple estates and projects, including Tiwa Garden City, Lekki Pride, Zylus Court, Arizon Estate, and others, contributing meaningfully to closing Nigeria’s housing gap.

He also serving as Treasurer of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN), Lagos chapter, demonstrating his influence within the real estate community.
